Yearly update of our wonderful neighbors who are sadly (for us), moving to Vail soon. We celebrated Piper’s birthday last night at the trampoline park and had a blast. We will miss them!
Our Adventurous Shoot in Wilcox AZ {Wilcox Family and Child Photographer}
We arrived in Wilcox and it was about 95 degrees and sunny! We drove about 20 min to a beautiful area on Brian’s families land with mountain views, wispy green grass, cows roaming in the background, and puffy clouds in the sky. I pinched myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
We photographed the large group and then Stacie and Brian with their handsome little guy and then all of a sudden the sky turned dark and these HUGE gusts of wind came through. The temperature dropped to the 70’s.
It was CRAZY!!!! We waited it out a while, drove to some other spots, saw some rattle snakes, cows, A DEER!, and waited some more. The winds were not letting up, but we didn’t give up.
We were heading back to Brian’s parents house and just before getting onto the main road the wind seemed to slow down a bit so we jumped out and like lightning speed started busting out photos!
With a little touchups to some fly aways, we managed to get everyone photographed! I am in love with these photos AND this amazing family. Such a great day with nature happening all around us!!

The Beautiful Claudia Celebrates Life! {Tucson Portrait, Boudoir, and Birthday Photographer}
I was so excited when Claudia reached out to me on Instagram! All of her posts inspire me and I was so anxious to talk with her about real world stuff! We did half her shoot in her home and then we went and explored Sabino Canyon. We didn’t bring enough water, I didn’t wear the right shoes, and it was dreadfully hot day, but we saw some hawks, lots of lizards, a wasp nest, and we got some amazing images that she can cherish forever!!! She is so beautiful inside and out! Here are some of my favorites!
One Lucky Ati {Tucson Arizona Family and Grandparent Photographer}
What a blessed Ati (grandma). All these cuties were fighting for her attention and just love her so much. Most of them are in town visiting for a couple weeks. This was a perfect time to get them all together. It wouldn’t be a normal shoot with 5 children if there wasn’t a few meltdowns and some photo boycotting, but we still managed to get overloads of adorableness!
Dan & Lindsey’s NEON Wedding {Tucson Arizona Wedding Photographer The Buttes at Reflections}
Neon, trucker hats, sunglasses, penguins, and ice cream sundays! Just a few of the highlights of this amazing wedding.
I have to say that I love firsts and this was the first neon wedding I have shot! AND the first wedding with a penguin mascot. Lindsey and Dan are troopers. They planned a wedding while planning a move across the country. It all came together perfectly and I wish them lifetimes of happiness on their new ventures together as a married couple! Thanks to my FAV Kelly Rashka for shooting with me. Cake and cupcakes by Nothing Bundt Cakes and the flowers were by Chelsea from Wildwood and Bloom. Here are some highlights from their special day at The Buttes at Reflections.

Alex & Cierra’s Wedding at Site 17 {Tucson Arizona Wedding Photographer}
Alex and Cierra were a wedding photographers dream! These families truly made us feel like we were a part of the celebration. There is nothing better then feeling so genuinely appreciated! My favorite thing about this wedding is seeing all the HUGE, blissful smiles on everyones faces. Of course, the most radiant was Cierra’s! She was such a stunning bride and Alex is just beyond head over heels for her! We started off at the Tucson Museum of Art downtown where they had the most epic first look I have ever witnessed. Tears, jumping for joy, and a lot of WOO HOO’s!!! It was amazing. The ceremony and reception were help at Site 17. I have to say that the reception was pretty epic as well! Pizza catered by Papa Murphy’s, donuts from Alvernon Donut Shop, poppers, glow sticks, and some of the sweetest dance moves ever. I am so grateful Kelly and I got to share a part in this day. Always a special thanks to my bestie Kelly Rashka for shooting with me!
