Marc and Brenna get married at The Botanical Gardens Phoenix {Phoenix Wedding Photographer}

I was so excited to photograph Brenna and Mark. They both have such contagious smiles and they are both so genuinely sweet. They met while working together at Outback, which hits close to home because that’s exactly where my hubby and I met and here we are today! The botanical gardens was so beautiful and it was such a perfect day! Their reception was at Brenna’s mothers house and of course it was catered by Outback! Thanks for everything Brenna and Mark and thanks to my BFF Kelly Rashka for making the road trip with me and kicking bootie!

The Adorable Matt and Abigail – Boojum Tree {Phoenix Wedding Photographer}

I’m so thankful that Matt and Abigail accidentally found me! They live in Phoenix and stumbled upon my website while trying to locate another photographer. They told me they were getting married at the Boojum Tree, which I had never heard of, but was very intrigued by the name! It was an awesome venue to say the least!

Starting the year off with this amazing couple gave me just what I needed to get super excited for the upcoming wedding season. When they hired me, I only got to meet with Matt in person because Abigail wasn’t able to make it to our meeting. It was clear how in love he was and from the way he spoke about her, I knew she was an amazing person.

Abigail is a softball player. She contacted me about a week before the wedding and told me she got hit in the eye with a softball and had to go to Urgent Care to get stitches. You can only imagine how nervous this made me! She told me “It should be fine, we’re going to cover it with makeup.”

When I arrived the day of the wedding I walked in and Abigail greeted me with a big hug! I was pleasantly surprised to see that her injury wasn’t as bad as I saw it in my mind. In fact, with makeup on, it wasn’t noticeable at all! During hair and makeup Matt had someone deliver her a special card….a Christmas card…..on the morning of their wedding. Hilarious. We had a blast with them and all of their family and guests! A million thanks to you guys and thanks to Jessica Wills for driving up to Phoenix with me to help out!

Beautiful Baby Rylee has arrived!

I was totally craving doing a newborn shoot so thank goodness Linzee contacted me to take Miss Rylee’s pictures! She is such an amazingly sweet….and HUNGRY girl! She pretty much ate the whole session…my kinda girl. Finally, when we were all finished taking pictures, she passed out! I just have that effect on babies. KINDA made me want another one! Eeeeek!

Miss Anne Catherine {Newborn}

It seems like it was just yesterday that I took Chrissie and Kenny’s maternity pics! I was so excited to meet the bundle of cuteness! I was told that Anne was hardly ever awake so I was thinking the session would be a piece of cake. Anne was so excited for her first photoshoot that she was WIDE awake the entire time…only to fall asleep after the last shot was taken. She was amazing and beautiful. Happy new parenthood Chrissie and Kenny!

This was when she fell asleep at th end!

Chrissie & Kenny are having a baby!!

Im so excited for these two! Their baby girl will be here anytime now!!! Thank you Chrissie and Kenny for inviting me into your home and CONGRATS!

Andy and Danielle on lucky 11.11.11

Andy and Danielle were adorable and so fun to work with. They have 2 beautifully adorable kiddos Cole and Audrey who both stole our hearts. They got married at the beautiful Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale in a private casita where everyone got ready and then the ceremony was in the backyard facing Camelback Mountain! It was gorgeous.  We had tons of fun joining in on the dancing, burger eating, photo booth and most of all the amazing red velvet CAKE BALLS! Thanks for making our job so much fun guys! Also a big loving shout out to my main wo-man Kelly Rashka for shooting with me!! I lub ya!

Dave & Aimee Engagement!

Dave and Aimee were visiting family from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I ended up catching the flu while they were here. I didn’t think we were going to be able to make this shoot happen, which would’ve been HORRIBLE….but thanks to a day off with rest, DayQuil, and some motivation, I made it!!

It was a cold day, but a BEAUTIFUL one! Can’t wait for the wedding!

HOT!

Look at these love birds!

Our beautiful, cold day!

The Johnson Extended Family

When Kelly asked me to take pictures of her family I was super excited. 11 people, 7 adults and 4 kiddos age 4, 2, and 5 months! I love a good challenge 😉

The kids did great. We chose a place with lots of distractions….ducks, leaves, secret trails, and large areas to RUN! We had a blast!

Thank goodness for these leaves!

Fun with grandpa!

Sweet Darby

I don't think she realizes that these were rocks....not leaves!

The Vincent Family

Since photographing the Vincent family a year or so ago, they’ve had a new addition come into the family! I got to meet miss June and she is just as beautiful as her big sis Ava. We had a blast at the park! They are Christmas fanatics so everyone…..including me, was rewarded with Christmas cookies that they recently baked! YUM!

COOKIES!
