Victoria and Sean were a dream couple…..not just because they had a life size dinosaur at their wedding, but because their love is super genuine, they are surrounded by the most amazing family and friends, they smoke cigars together AND they made smores by the campfire.

This was my first time shooting at The Whistle Stop Depot. The outside was very rustic and industrial and the inside was so charming with lights hanging from above and the occasional sound of trains passing by. Victoria is a wedding planner with Meagan Crain Event Planning and Design and we’ve worked a couple weddings together. I was so excited when she asked me to document her wedding day! Meagan did an amazing job (as always) planning this beautiful event.

It was so wonderful to see the Flink Family again! Last time I saw them was for Avery’s newborn photos. Now Avery is going to be a big brother!!!! The suspense is killing me….boy or girl?! This was my second St. Patricks Day wedding and just like the first one, this one was AMAZING. Bring on all the St. Patty’s Day weddings! I met Patrick and Missy back when I did their engagement photos at Sabino Canyon. I knew right away I loved their love. They had a beautiful ceremony at St. Pius church and a fabulous reception at the beautiful Tanque Verde Guest Ranch where we had one of my favorite portrait sessions ever! I got nothing but genuine loving vibes from every single person who attended this beautiful wedding.

7 kids, a dog and 8 adults! I love a good challenge! This was such as amazing family to work with. They were in town visiting for spring break enjoying the nice weather. I’m lucky enough to be shooting Valerie and Dominic’s wedding in May! They contacted me and told me Dominic’s brother was going to be in town and they wanted to get some family photos and some practice in front of the camera:) It was a BEAUTIFUL day at Catalina State Park. Momma Kristen was awesome enough to be the model for my first milk bath shoot that I posted recently. Her baby girl arrived a couple weeks later! I normally go to my clients home to shoot newborn sessions, but Kristen’s home is currently under renovation so that wasn’t an option. My house is usually filled with dogs and crazy kiddos so that’s not ideal either!

I asked my friend Brittany Kemberling with Kimby Family Photography if she would like to collaborate for this shoot and use her studio! We live pretty close to one another and our kiddos are great friends. I was super excited that she agreed and I think the photos turned out so adorable! Chase, Justin and baby Davis are all anxiously awaiting for baby Currie to arrive! They’re waiting to find out the gender! I can’t wait! We wandered around the Botanical Gardens where Chase and Justin got married. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!
